How call forward works

Call forward will send your calls to a mobile or landline of your choice when you’re not online on jtel iCall (or if you’re busy and miss the call). To activate call forward, go to My Accounts and activate the call forward option. Enter the number to which you want to forward your calls and specify the condition when you want it to get forwarded.
When calls get forwarded to your phone, the caller pays only the amount that he would have paid for calling your online Incoming number and nothing extra. You pay the amount that you would have paid for calling a normal phone. If the call is coming from a PC then the caller pays nothing and you pay the amount that you would have paid for calling a normal phone.

You need to sign up for all the services to enjoy the call forward feature.
Note: Calls cannot be forwarded to phone numbers of certain countries like India, due to regulatory restrictions
